We gladly rent the house for the weekend to groups who are participating in mindfulness practices and conscious living.  Due to the fragility of this century old colonial, we are no longer hosting weddings.

Dorms/Private Rooms, we are equipped with two dorm rooms, one with 10 twins (6 are bunks), the other with 5 twins.  We have three private rooms Green River (queen), Silver North (double) and Orange River (two twins).  There is also a chef quarters, which can be used as a guest room if onsite staff is used for chef services. We strongly suggest that you have two prices, charging significantly more for added privacy.  This will ensure that you maximize your usage while still providing an option for those who require more space to themselves.  Total number of beds in the house: 21 includes chefs quarters.  Maximum number of quest, including teachers and staff is: 24

Chefs, you are more than welcome to bring your own chef or request contact. For the efficiency of the kitchen we highly recommend that you hire chefs with commercial kitchen experience.  All chefs must come with a sous chef and a dish washer/helper or students must participate in washing dishes and cleaning the kitchen and dining area after a meal.  Food is available for purchase  from our very own farm at Seven Arrows.  To check on availability and pricing of produce, eggs, goat dairy and herbs contact our farmer Meg directly.  farmers@sevenarrowseast.com. Orders must be in no later than 9am on the Wednesday before a retreat starting on Friday.

Karma Yoga, all guests participate in light duties for the duration of their stay to foster a sense of community and cooperation.  Duties include clearing & washing dishes after meals, maintenance of the yoga room and heavily trafficked areas. On the day of arrival all hosts will be required to sign a short-term lease rental for the property and their guests to sign a location waiver for our grounds and farm.

Children, children are an added blessing at Seven Arrows and ALWAYS welcome.  Due to the fragile surroundings however, we do require that there is a guardian present at all times who will not be practicing and who can devote all of their attention and awareness to childcare.

Holds/Payments, If you should choose to book with us we will place your requested weekend on ‘hold’ until we receive your $500 non-refundable deposit, due no later than 3 months before your retreat.  If we have not received your deposit by the required time your ‘hold’ will be released and the dates will be made available to other inquiries.  The remaining charges will be due upon arrival if in cash or a week prior if by check.
